I was told about Fellow Designs by a friend and emailed Ben with a very particular request. I live aboard a narrowboat but wanted a normal size double bed. The bed would have to be adjustable, strong, resilient and pretty to look at.
Ben came to review and measure the space almost immediately. What I had originally envisaged wasn't entirely functional- so he made some expert adjustments to the design and when he sent the final draft through I couldn't have been happier.
The entire bed was built in his workshop and assembled in less than a day aboard.
She is a real beauty and I makes for a very smug nights sleep.

I have several other projects which I will be using Fellow Designs for in the near future.

He was always communicative about cost and timings, and when there were any potential structural problems Ben came with solutions straight away and sorted them out perfectly. He sent through his drawings with a couple of options & his suggestions that were just so spot on. The result was a beautiful Scandi, dark ash stained oak bench.
